2472722 - Empty/Blank/Additional columns during "Spreadsheet" or "Text with Tabs" download. - Guided Answer

Symptom

You use following popup to export ABAP List or ALV List or ALV Grid to a "Spreadsheet" or "Text with Tabls" file, you observe that the exported file contains additional tab columns:
