Symptom

  • When an appointment that was created in CRM is deleted in Outlook, it is automatically deleted in CRM.
  • You wish to know how to govern whether deletions of appointment in Outlook are also deleted in CRM.
  • It is required that that deletions of appointments in  Outlook are set to 'rejected' rather than 'deleted', or vice versa, in the CRM.
