Whenever there are multiple entries on the same date and with same positing date, there is an issue with display order(random) of the time account details under administer time workbench. We are using an API insert the time account.

Cause
Time account details are sorted based on posting date and not based on any other database field.
Resolution
The time account details with the same posting date and same create date will display randomly as the system sorts based on posting date.
This is an expected behaviour.
