Termination UI not displaying correct payout of days.

Reproducing the Issue
Navigate to any employee and terminate them with a future date.
If you have a termination rule set up for the user to recieve a payout of vacation.
In the given example this user should recieve 11.666 days as per termination rule if there were to be terminated in JULY.
However the days are not calculated correctly in the termination screen:
Cause
This is system behaviour that the days will not be recalculated here.
Resolution
To See the correct number of days go to the employee that is being terminated.
Navigate to manage time off screen>time accounts>set the account details as of date to the termination date.
Notice that the days are now correctly calculated:
It is expected behaviour that these days be correctly recalculated on the termination UI, as the termination rule does work because no data is actually being saved to the database.
The days will only display correctly when you click submit on the termination of the employee.
