Symptom
- The processes are in sleeping state and has the open transactions.
- On running the below command, we can see the process is the long running process and in sleeping state
- dbcc traceon(3604)

- The sp_who output shows the status as sleeping

0 XXX sleeping NULL NULL XXXXXXXXXXX - systransaction shows the SPID entry.
- Even if you kill the process the process may not be killed normally.
