2472977 - Hide "Time Account Balance As Of Termination Date" Section on Termination screen

When Time Off is enabled, and an employee has time accounts with balances, a section "Time Account Balance As Of Termination Date For <Employee Name>" is displayed on the Termination screen.
However, some customers want to hide this section on the Termination screen for specific user roles, such as managers.

Successfactors - Employee Central Time off

• As if the b1711 release a new role-based permission setting "Show Time Account Balance As Of Termination Date" is present in the Role Based Permission.
• The Termination screen shall consider the new permission setting and hide section "Time Account Balance ..." in case the user in question does not have this permission.

NOTE: The permission is to restrict the view of Time Account balances in the Termination Screen(i.e while terminating an employee). After the employee is terminated, the Time Account balances will be visible in the Employment Details portlet.
