How to Show/Hide the # of hidden nominations in Nominations Portlet?

Go To

1. Employee Profile/ People Profile
2. Nominations Portlet

You can hide/show the number of Nominations however you also need to filter Current Nominations portlet data by Succession Planning permissions.

Go to:

1. Admin Center > Succession > Nominations Set Up.
2. Put a check first on "Filter Current Nominations portlet data by Succession Planning permissions". This will allow you to view the nominations by Succession Planning Permissions.
3. From there you can "Show the # of hidden nominations in Current Nominations portlet" by putting a check and hide if this is unchecked.

Another scenario/issue: There is an issue where if the user gets nominated on a position that does not have an incumbent, any permission you can try will still show hidden in the Nomination Portlet. You need to manually assign an incumbent to this hidden position to delete the nomination. Othewise, it will be practical not to show the hidden nominations to prevent confusion.
