2473159 - New Hire Activities not displaying in the order that they were created in Admin Center - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Customer reported that New Hire Activities not displaying in the order as it was created in Admin Center.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Center
  2. Access Configure new recruit activity planning process
  3. Notice checklist is at top

  4. Navigate to Onboarding
  5. New Hire Activities Tab
  6. Notice checklist is at bottom

Cause

The application is working as designed, the New Hire Activities tab has his own order for all tasks.

Resolution

For change this behavior, we recommend you to raise an enhancement request through the influence portal as described in 2090228 - How to Submit Enhancement Requests for SAP SuccessFactors Products
