Symptom

This article provides information if Android Smartphones are supported to access SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
  • Android OS Mobile Devices

Resolution

  • Before 1705 Release,If customer use onboarding 1.0 in Chrome browser on Android device, it will yield standard Browser compatibility error. 
  • After 1705 Release, feature has been released to support Onboarding 1.0 using Chrome browser on an Android device, but only prerequisite is DocuSign feature must be enabled. 
  • It will not work for our native signature method(click to sign option).
