The button "Submit All Document" is missing, how to enable this feature?

After signing all the documents and forms the button Submit All Documents is missing.

There Submit All Documents buttons is disabled in the back-end.

These 3 keys should be set to TRUE in order to display "Submit All Documents" button:

• XpressHR.ApplicantSubmitButtonEnabled = True
• XpressHR.SubmitButtonEnabled = True
• PrintPackage.RequiredPressSubmitButtonToSubmitDocuments = True
