2473249 - Job Posting dates are not coming when the user tries to post the Job

The user is having the permission to Post the Job, However the Date fields are not editable to post the Job.

This is the permissioning issue in the requisition xml.

The field id's  "start" and "end" needs to be write permissioned for the Operator in the Approved status ,so that the Date fields are made editable.
