2473272 - CRM Rule policy works well in IC_MANAGER, but it doesn't work properly when used in other business roles

Symptom

  • In the rule policy search screen, click a hyperlink for a rule policy from the search result, there is no any response.
  • When creating a rule policy, after input the new rule policy name and click OK button, there is no any response.
  • When trying to create a rule policy, page is directed to the Rule search page, instead of create page.
  • Above symptoms happen in business roles other than IC_MANAGER. Rule Policy works well in standard business role IC_MANAGER.
