2473274 - start and end time editable while requesting leave

Start time and end time in leave request page is editable, even though the fields have read-only access eanbled in the Employee Time object definition:

Employee Central - Time off

• If the time recording variant is set as Clock Times based then the start and end times fields cannot be made read-only.

• start and end times fields will be editable irrespective of their field definition in employee time object.

For clock times based time recording variant, this is an expected behavior.
