• When implement support package queue by SPAM, it stops at phase DDIC_ACTIVATION with the error:

Error in phase: DDIC_ACTIVATION
Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
Return code: 8
Error message: OCS Package SAPK-75101INSAPBASIS, tp step "A",
return code 0008

• ABAP Dictionary Activation log reported "Table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT could not be activated".
• In SE11, search for structure WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT and run a check. It reports error:

Check table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT 
Field RCVLAD in table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT is specified twice
Field SNDLAD in table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT is specified twice
Check on table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT resulted in errors
