2473312 - SPAM: phase DDIC_ACTIVATION error table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT - Field RCVLAD specified twice

When implement support package queue by SPAM, it stuck at phase DDIC_ACTIVATION with the error:

Error in phase: DDIC_ACTIVATION
Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE
Return code: 8
Error message: OCS Package SAPK-75101INSAPBASIS, tp step "A",
return code 0008

Check in ABAP Dictionary Activation logs, it reproted "Table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT could not be activated".

In SE11, search for structure WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT and check SNDLAD or RCVLAD have below:

Check table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT 
Field RCVLAD in table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT is specified twice
Field SNDLAD in table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT is specified twice
Check on table WLFS_IDOC_LIST_OUT resulted in errors
