How to edit manual adjustment from Manage Time off UI

Reproducing the Issue
The admin user should be able to edit the records inserted via Manual Adjustment feature rather than add another record on the same date to make correction to the existing time account record.
Resolution
This is not currently supported
It is not intended that someone is able to modify an existing record. If that would be allowed, the HR Administrator could make all kinds of changes without any security / control behind it.
As a workaround, another manual adjustment can be added to negate the previous posting
