2473529 - R Visualization icon is greyed out in SAP BusinessObjects Cloud

• R visualizations cannot be added in a story.
• The icon is greyed out and there is no connection to the machine where R environment is running.

• SAP BusinessObjects Cloud 2017.9.2
• R source on 3.3.3 version
• Linux operating system

1. Open a story
2. Try adding a widget
3. Observe that "R Visualization" icon is greyed out

Rserve connection is not configured.

• Make sure that the Rserve host:port (where the R environment is running) is accessible via the internet.
• Configuration has to be done as per the User's Guide.
1. Go to Main Menu > System > Administration > Rserve Configuration.
2. Maintain the environment details like host, port, certification and required credentials.
