Using maintainence planner when you are planning an upgrade / conversion to SAP Product version based on SAP Netweaver 7.5 and you have SAP ACCESS CONTROL 10.0 installed in source system

You get following error in validation logs of maintainence planner:

Internal error: Required software component SAP_BASIS is missing ...
ABAP Queue Check FAILED with SY-SUBRC '2'. Result status 'Error in Calculation' ('E').
