The same error may also occur in step WILY-INTROSCOPE-CONFIGURATION-UPDATE.

To analyze the issue, you may check the log "INITIALIZE-COMMON-DETECT-MODULE-DETERMINE-PROFILES_01.LOG" to see the result of the sapcontrol function "GetSystemInstanceList".
