• When the Salutation field is mapped to Title users receive an error during initiate Onboarding:

Unable to initiate onboarding process. [ErrorCode - 500; ErrorMessage- salutation]

• When this mapping is removed, Onboarding is initiated without a problem

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• A misconfiguration in a field definition in the Data Dictionary.
• The field type is a Suite Picklist and the system is using same key for name and for Ext Code Key.

Use a different key for the Ext Code Key or leave Ext Code Key blank.
