How to configure Transition Period when position allows for multiple Incumbents or where it has shared FTE

Configure a position to allow Multiple incumbents or with shared FTE

Set a Transition Period.

Terminate an Employee in future

Hire a Replacement to fit in the transition

The position may be displaying incorrect number of incumbents

or may be allowing more than necessary incumbents

The Position Controlled featured has not been activated.

The logic being that:

The Transition period is overwriting the check against multiple Incumbents and against the FTE if the positionControlled flag is set to yes.

For Transition period to overwrite the check against multiple Incumbent and against the FTE, the "Position Controlled" flag  on the position must be set to yes.
