2473922 - Goal label changes not working - Goal Management

I made a change to the labels in the Goal Plan Template but when I open the Goals, the changed labels are not being displayed.

• Change the labels in Admin Center > Manage Templates > Open goal plan
• Open a goal for a user to see the label changes have not worked

Goal Plans can be configured to use multiple different language settings. They select the language that the user's system is configured to use or use the default language if the user has a language not present in the goal plan.

If a configured label is not work as expected, the user is likely using a different language setting.

For example: the default setting is in English, but there is also an English setting of en_US configure.
If an user has US English settings on their computer then they will be assigned the en_US labels instead of the default labels.
If only the default labels were set then it would appear that the language configuration is not working.

Make sure language settings for all regions are properly configured.  You can possibly remove redundant languages, for example if US English is expected to be the default language then you do not also need a en_US language option as well.
