Symptom

When going into the BPC 10.0 NW web page and attempting to click the EPM Office Add-in Excel' link to launch the Analysis Office 64bit client the error message "Error launching office client: Could not load file or assembly 'Core, version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." is generated.
