How to cancel an approval process which has been approved by the Supervisor/Approver if the user has not started a course?

Prior to B1705 release admins did not have an option to cancel an approval process which was approved by supervisor/approver. You could not remove an approval, which is problematic for approvals never executed.

You can go to a user record and mark an approved approval process as cancelled for online learning that is not yet started.

In order to complete the training, the user must submit a new approval request.
