The Jobs Applied portlet is not visible on the job application.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access the Job Requisition
2. Go to the Candidate Summary
3. Select any candidate
4. You will not be able to see the Jobs Applied Portlet

There are two possible causes:

• The "Jobs Applied Portlet Permission" is not granted to the user
• The options "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for External Candidates" and "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for Internal Candidates" are enabled on Manage Recruiting Settings

If the "Jobs Applied Portlet Permission" is not granted to the user, please find the below steps to grant this permission:

1. Admin Center
2. Manage permission roles
3. Recruiting permissions
4. Select "Jobs Applied Portlet Permission"

If the options "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for External Candidates" and "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for Internal Candidates" are enabled on Manage Recruiting Settings, please find below the steps to correct it:

1. Admin Center
2. Manage Recruiting Settings
3. Applicant Profile Settings
4. Disable "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for External Candidates" and "Hide Jobs Applied Portlet for Internal Candidates" options
