2474467 - Unable to launch content- error "XML Signature failed validation"

All the users receive the error message shown below when trying to launch online content hosted in Icontent in one specific instance.

Error may include:

• java.lang.Exception: ERROR : Entitlement Launch Request is invalid: XML Signature failed validation
• at com.plateau.icontent.entitlement.common.launchrequest.LaunchRequestUtil.getVerifiedLaunchRequest
• at com.plateau.icontent.entitlement.sessionservice.bo.impl.DigitalSignatureServiceImpl.verifyLaunchRequestSignature
• Caused by: java.lang.Exception: XML Signature failed validation

SF LMS instance using Icontent hosted online content.

1. User launches online content
2. User recevies the error instead of viewing the content

The setting "iContentAccountPrivateCertificateBase64" might be populated with the wrong value in System Admin> Configuration> System Configuration> ICONTENT.
