2474723 - Dump CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_ACTIVE when creating WT in /SCWM/MON

Symptom

In transaction /SCWM/MON, you load a delivery and create warehouse task in background. System terminates with a runtime error CALL_FUNCTION_NOT_ACTIVE.

The name of the function module to be called is "/SCWM/WHR_IN_CREA_WT_BG" or “/SCWM/WHR_OUT_CREA_WT_BG”.

When you display them in SE37, system issues an error message No. FL023 " Function group /SCWM/WIP_DELIVERY contains errors"
