2474781 - Error when clicking Item under To Do List

Getting below error message when clicking Items under To Do List:

Please report the following error to your system administrator:
while trying to invoke the method com.plateausystems.elms.bo.program.api.valueobject.ProgramVO.getProgramSysGUID() of a null object loaded from local variable 'prgVO'
java.lang.NullPointerException: while trying to invoke the method com.plateausystems.elms.bo.program.api.valueobject.ProgramVO.getProgramSysGUID() of a null object loaded from local variable 'prgVO'

1. Login to BizX Home Page and click on To Do List Tile
2. Select any one of the Overdue item to get the error:
   
       
   
           

The error occurs due to the changes in Item Content level and Admin did not reassign the item to user after the change made to the Item.

Please ensure to reassign the item once any changes has been made to item.

This should fix the issue.
