After installing SAP Note 2333830 and prerequisite Notes new FM J_3RTSE_UPDATE is created assigned to Open FI event 00001030 for country RU application FI-TSE.
However, application FI-TSE is missing in table TBE11 and corresponding FM J_3RTSE_UPDATE is never called, as result tables J_3RTSE and J_3RTSE_REVERS are not filled
