2475017 - RSOE returning 'HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden' error due to authentication when trying to connect to the Relay server

Symptom

  • RSOE cannot connect to the Relay Server 
  • Running the test url to check the Relay Server status shows Overall Availibity: None
  • RSOE log shows:
    OEE1022: The Outbound Enabler received an unexpected HTTP error status:HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden due to authentication
  • Relay Server log shows:
    RSE3001: Got token 'XXXXXXX' for backend server 'SMP3ServerNode' in farm 'PRODSMP3FARM' but expecting 'yyyyyyy'}
