2475063 - Exception: while trying to invoke the method java.util.HashMap.get(java.lang.Object) when trying to promote through CTS+

• When promoting a job through CTS+ including User Security the following error is experienced:

  OverAll Job Status:
  Failure Job result could not be loaded
  An exception has occurred with following details:
  Exception: while trying to invoke the method java.util.HashMap.get(java.lang.Object) of a null object loaded from field com.businessobjects.lcm.job.Job.sourceResources of an object loaded from local variable 'this'
  Return Code is 12  

• When promoting the same job through Promotion Management (LCM) including user security, the job displays 'Partial Success' and the following error is encountered:
  Resolution Status=Copied, Dependency Status=Some of the required dependencies are not selected., Commit Status=Commit attempted and failed., Promotion Status=Failure : The property list(s) 'SI_ADM_ADD_SUBUSERGROUPS_TO_USERGROUP' committed on the object named 'MyGroup' with id number 4884 contained reference(s) to non-existant object(s) with id number(s) 4877. The server supplied the following details: Objects being added to relation does not exist
