Symptom

After upgrading a SAP Solution Manager 7.1 System to SAP Solution Manager 7.2 the User-Experience Monitoring (UxMon or EEM) Scripts stop running.

This error can be found in the eem.log of the robot (Diagnostics Agent) running the script:
