Symptom

  • You have administrative rights on the system
  • You installed and started the Authoring Environment successfully
  • You configure and working with the tool
  • Once finished, you close the Authoring Environment
  • The error window "An error occured while saving the configuration to the following file... " appears (see below section 'Reproducing the issue)
