2475196 - Follow-Up Contract Function is disabled when Sales Quote for Contracts is completed

The function contract in the follow-up button in the sales quote is disabled.

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
3. Show all quotes and find XYZ (XYZ stands for the sales quote)
4. Mark the Sales Quote and click the function Follow-Up
5. The function Contact is disabled

It is not possible to create a contract as follow-up from a sales quote for contracts when this sales order is in the status completed.

To resolve this issue please follow this steps

1. Go to the New Business work center.
2. Select the Sales Quotes view.
3. Show all quotes and find XYZ (XYZ stands for the sales quote)
4. Mark the Sales Quote and click edit.
5. Click on view all
6. Click on the function Change Status and choose Open
7. Save the sales quote

Now you will be able to create a contract as follow-up.
