Content is not launching on Mozilla Firefox, but is launching on Google Chrome and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Firefox has pop-up blocker enabled by default after installation.

Disable pop-up blocker in Mozilla Firefox, or add the root URL as an Exception. You can manage pop-ups in Firefox in Options->Privacy & Security on the Permissions section.
