2475244 - Dump in workflow causes issue with batch payments in BNK_APP

• In 2 step release, the first step has been performed, however the second step (BNK_COM) is not be displayed in the transaction BNK_APP under index tab "other release steps".
• There is a dump in the workflow engine simultaneously with error CREATE_DATA_UNKNOWN_TYPE in CL_SWF_CNT_STRUCTURE_SERVICE.
