2475277 - Platform Search is not able to write to the MasterData location

Symptom

  • Files are not written or updated for the Platform Search Master Data
  • Number of index documents stay at 0
  • Platform Search is unable to write to the Master Data folder when using an NFS share
  • Looking at the Adaptive Processing Server hosting the Search service, the following error can be found recursively
