Symptom

  • Unable to connect to Salesforce.com
  • When attempting to connect to Salesforce.com from Crystal Reports, it fails with the error:
          
    "Logon failed
     Details: HY000:[Simba][Saleforce] (60) Invalid Salesforce URL used for connection: https://<connection name>/service/Soap/u/23.0.
     Only URLs connecting to salesforce.com or visual.force.com are allowed. [Database Vendore Code: 60 ]"
