2475393 - Incorrect Hostname in Managed System configuration prevents creation of RFC's - SAP Solution Manager

Symptom

  • In step 3 of the Managed system configuration - create RFC's the step fails as it appears to connect to an old hostname.
    • Error message seen:
      "Error when opening an RFC connection (CPIC-CALL: 'ThSAPOCMMNIT : cmRC=20) SAP Gateway Connection Failed"
  • System has recently been migrated to new hardware.
