2475466 - Time based jobs are not getting started although there are BTC WPs available

Symptom

  • All the time-based jobs are NOT running anymore.
  • The jobs stay in Release status with Delay time increasing in SM37 although there are BTC WPs available.
  • From SM61, the "Last run" timestamp for "Time-Controlled Scheduler" is not up to system time (normally, the "Last run" timestamp should be 60 seconds less than the current system time ) which indicates that Batch scheduler(SAPMSSY2) does not run any longer.
