When a user launches an AICC Wrapper enabled content - completion is being recorded when the user clicks 'agree' whereas when the user clicks on 'disagree' the failure status is not being recorded.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
Cause
As per the system design if a user clicks on "disagree", the system will not register any completion/failure status.
Resolution
This functionality is working as per current system design and recommend to upvote an enhancement request through our Influence Portal. See: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/236056
