2475590 - Max length facet in SEGW does not change with ABAP field length

The following exception occurs on the console after opening an application:

• RFC call ended with "Communication Failure" exception (The function call of XXX failed; a field may have been assigned to the parameter XXX whose type is not compatible with this parameter)
  OR
• Number formatted values are not rounded correctly. For example: a value is being rounded to 2 decimals while the expected behavior based on the settings is to round to 3 decimals.
