2475600 - Standard applications cannot be displayed in the language which is newly imported in the system

Symptom

You imported a language package in transaction SMLT on your Fiori Front-end system.

When you open the Fiori Launchpad Designer or Fiori Launchpad with the new language, in some standard catalogs, all the tiles cannot be displayed with the new language.
