2475800 - UI Theme Designer cannot save or build themes with Change Recording activated

• You try to Save, Build or Rebuild a custom theme under the UI Theme Designer with Change Recording activated. The build process fails with a message similar to the below:
  "Failed async: http://<host>:<port>/irj/servlet/prt/prtw/prtroot/com.sap.portal.theming.webdav.themeswebdavlisterner.ThemesWebDavListener/Portal/<theme_type>/<theme_name>.less" by method "PUT" with result status "500""
• Checking the server developer Default Trace files you see multiple errors relating to change recording, such as below:
