2475924 - Financial/Capacity Planning Rollup to Initiative or Bucket doesn´t work

Symptom

  • The rollup of the financial or capacity planning values from Item to Initiative or Bucket doesn't occur when the Initiative is created with transaction RPM_DX_INITIATIVE or the bucket is created via transaction RPM_DX_BUCKET.
  • The rollup works correctly when the initiative/Bucket were created in the Portfolio Management frontend.
