2475934 - DA drop boundary command drops all boundaries

Symptom

In Data Assurance (DA), when trying to drop one boundary, all boundaries are dropped:

1> show boundary
2> go
COMPARESET BOUNDARIES
---------- ----------
cs1                 8
cs2                 8

(0 rows affected)
1> drop boundary cs1
2> go
(2 rows affected)

Note:  2 boundaries were deleted when a specific boundary was specified.
