2475940 - Opening Rule Editor spins indefinitely - Information Steward

Update Information Steward to sp8 patch 2 and try and open the rule editor. The editor will try to open for several minutes but not complete.
Rule editor will open successfully after the user logs out and back in.
Tables bound to the rule can be opened successfully.
Information Steward logs contain no error message during the time of error.
