2476070 - UNION ALL query returns fewer rows than it should - SAP IQ

Symptom

A UNION ALL query may return a number of rows that is not equal to the sum of the rows returned from the two queries.

Changing the number of rows in one of the source tables (that doesn't affect either query result) may cause a correct result to occur from the UNION ALL.
