2476135 - Unable to add Attachment that Contains Apostrophe in File Name

Unable to add attachment with an apostrophe (') in the file name.

Attachment getting stuck on 'Uploading 100%'.

File type and size does not matter.

Effects attachment on all portlets.

During 'Add New Hire Wizard' or while editing profile of an Employee, attempt to add attachment via UI.
Example: National ID Portlet

1. Click '+' symbol
2. Select a file which name contains an apostrophe, e.g: Z'Test.png
3. Status shows 'Uploading: 100% complete' but does not finalize
4. 'Finished' button is activated - If user clicks 'Finished' button, the attachment field will remian be blank/empty

This has been resolved in 1708 release.
