SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2476138 - After upgrade we are unable to access irj/portal

Symptom

You have done an upgrade from Netweaver 7.02 to Netweaver 7.3 and after this we are receiving a 500 Internal Server Error while accessing irj/portal

In the default traces we can see the below error being written:
