Symptom

  • User is unable to generate documents using either Producer or Instant Producer.
  • User tries to generate a document but nothing happens.
  • System throws a Javascript error while trying to generate a document.
  • This issue does not occur for all users.
  • Reinstallation of SAP Enable Now Producer and Instant Producer does not resolve issue.
